Receive Specs & Price
Detailed specifications, COA and live FOB or CIF price communicated. IMFPA signed to lock the commission before contract.

Execute Contract
Sales & Purchase Agreement signed. LC opened. SGS inspection at load port. Cargo shipped. Commission disbursed at B/L.
